Usman Ghani

Usman obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and his law degree from the University of New Brunswick. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000 and has been a member in good standing since. Usman has extensive litigation experience, having acted in cases involving; medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, debt collection, injunctions, insolvency, real estate and construction, products liability, class actions, estate litigation and employment law.

 

Before starting his own practice, Usman worked at a boutique downtown law firm where he acted for clients on a number of complex and precedent setting lawsuits. Usman’s clients have included individuals involved in serious motor vehicle accidents to some of the largest corporations in North America. Usman, a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Trial Lawyers of British Columbia, is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. He is also actively involved in the local Pakistani community and is a member of the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia.

Outside of the law, Usman enjoys playing sports, attending concerts and travelling. He is actively involved in local and federal poltics, and in film production.  

Rubina Saini

Rubina’s areas of practice include civil litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice, as well as in uncontested family law matters. She also has experience in immigration, refugee and citizenship law, representing individuals and families on various applications and legal processes before the Refugee Protection Division, Immigration Appeal Division and Federal Court.

 

Rubina graduated from Thompson Rivers University in 2015, where she received a Law Foundation of BC Entrance Scholarship and obtained her law degree. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2016.  Rubina also received her Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) degree at Simon Fraser University in 2011, where she studied Criminology under an Undergraduate Scholarship from SFU.

In her spare time, Rubina enjoys music, dance, and the company of friends and family.
